Today’s radical was yesterday’s mainstream.

Prayer in public school used to be accepted and embraced. Now only a radical would suggest it.

Sex outside of marriage was considered a sin, and socially unacceptable. Now that is a radial position.

Homosexuality was an abomination, sinful and rejected by society. Today, opposing homosexuality is radical.

Abortion was thought of as killing an innocent child. Only radicals speak out against it these days.

In today’s world, you are a radical if you:

Suggest the President is a Muslim, or a Muslim apologist
Object to tax increases and more government spending
Believe parents should make decisions about their children’s education rather than the Federal government
Hold Republicans accountable for their support of ObamaCare and amnesty for illegal aliens
Say that Jesus is the only way to Heaven, and that anyone not accepting Him as savior will go to hell
Vote for the candidate who best represents your values, rather than the one who can “win”
Support the 2nd amendment completely
Demand that religious freedom includes the right to practice Christian beliefs
Reject racism from any group other than “white” Americans
Espouse conservative Christian principles in government and personal life
Dare to openly speak out against politicians (in both parties) who betray traditional values
Call Islamic terrorists wicked, evil or “radical”
Believe that America is a Christian nation, founded on Christian principles and will only succeed by returning to those principles

The definition of a radical today could be expanded to include a person who would dare to do, say or think ANYTHING that might be offensive to the liberal left or the Republican establishment. A REAL radical would be willing to take a public position that caused others to brand him a radical, and be willing to suffer the consequences.

Now, the confession… I am a radical.
