The wickedness of man seems to know no bounds.

The daily news is filled with reports of murder, crime and debauchery.  World leaders meet to discuss what they can do to end war and ensure basic human rights.

Debaucherous behavior is becoming ever-more normal, and those who practice it demand legitimization through new laws that further destroy the moral fabric of America.  Even the courts, which are charged with the responsibility of dispensing justice, regularly pervert it.

Can man put an end to all this wickedness?  The Reverend Billy Graham nailed it recently when he said,

“The future is in His hands, and the world as we know it will be finished only when He brings it to an end. When that day arrives, Christ will come again to banish all evil and establish His Kingdom”.

There will be a day when all evil and wickedness shall cease.  It won’t be because humanity has suddenly become “good”.  It won’t be a result of the police state being created by our Congress.

It will end when God says so.

Our responsibility as Christians is clear.  Jesus revealed it in the Luke 19:13 parable:

“Occupy til I come.”
