Annette Bosworth and Donald Trump have something in common.

It might take a little patience to follow the story, but a political operative/attorney/fundraiser named Joel Arends seems to follow the money.  He has been accused of working for Bosworth while at the same time working to raise money for Mike Rounds.  Bosworth maintains that he is the one who advised her to sign the petitions which has now cost her several felony convictions and the loss of her license to practice medicine.

Where is Joel Arends now?

Connected with Trump.  Arends has the ability to “smell” the money, and shows up when the cash register is ringing.  In the SD Senate race, it appears that he had his fingers in the cash register of at least two campaigns at the same time, fundraising for Rounds while on the payroll for Bosworth.  Now, he has managed to get Donald Trump to do a fundraiser for HIS (Arends) new enterprise.

I don’t watch the Rachel Maddow Show.  I did, however, watch her report on the Joel Arends connection with Trump, Boworth and Rounds.  You may not have the patience to watch the entire report from Maddow.  If you do, you will likely conclude that Joel Arends is still in hot pursuit of the political purse.

Back in South Dakota, Arends left unscathed and the Bosworth campaign was left in shambles.  Annette Bosworth has been left to pick up the pieces while Arends sails off into the sunset in pursuit of more big money.

It makes me wonder if Trump is his newest chump.
