It seems that there was a fundraiser held at Black Hills Harley-Davidson on January 27th for Mayor Alan Hanks at which he delivered his vision for Rapid City in the coming years.
I wonder what that vision is.
I guess this means that Mayor Hanks intends to run for re-election despite his role in the censure of Alderman Kooiker.
Was anyone there?
