PLLeeeeeze!!!

Global warming (climate change) is one… big… fat… hoax… period!

If you are one of those “the world will end in ten years if we don’t outlaw fossil fuels” people, you should have spent February with me at the ranch.  Wind chills up to 40 degrees BELOW zero.   Sorry, but that is NOT warm.  Rumors are circulating of a Polar Bear sighting just south of our place.

There might still be an opportunity for you to see your ‘Global Warming’ in

action in March.  Three to six inches of snow predicted for tonight.  If you decide to join me while I feed my Longhorns, be sure to bring your swimming trunks.  I’ll chop a hole in the ice so you can take a dip.

A friend of mine writes some entertaining prose, with a Western South Dakota wit.  Jodie O’Bryan brightened my chilly day with this during one of our recent cold blasts:

So its me again God….I know its been awhile but we need to get on the same page here……when I prayed and said I have sinned, you must have heard…..send some wind. I also said its way to cold and you must have heard, make me old? Lets start over….
We need a break here Lord,
that wind it cuts like a sword
I been pacing the floor
and just eating more
I pray for the stock
and I have a hole in my sock
we need some intervention
and not just for my attention
Keep everyone safe and warm
and help my honey with his charm!
God is Good God is Great I thank HIM for this day AMEN
