You may not have heard about it.

The media feeding frenzy on a ‘take down the President’ mission doesn’t have time to tell you much about the important things that are getting done.

A 7 Billion dollar trade deal with Japan is one of the latest in a long list of accomplishments by the Trump Administration.  The deal completely eliminated or significantly reduced Japan’s tariffs on beef, pork, corn, wheat and other agricultural products.

This trade deal is a big step forward in Trump’s efforts to level the international trade playing field and eliminate the $67 Billion dollar trade deficit with Japan.  There is still a long way to go, but one limiting factor is the Congress.  The scope of this trade deal could have been much larger, but it would then have required Congressional approval.  The prospects for approval of ANYTHING positive are not good as long as Democrats have a choke-hold on power in the House.

Even the “Conservative” news network, Fox News, hasn’t had much if any time to report on this trade deal.  Important issues like National Pancake Day have filled any time that isn’t already taken by the Leftist impeachment agenda.  The growing hostility of the Fox News homosexual news anchor, Shepard Smith toward President Trump may demonstrate one of the most openly anti Trump biases.

It would be fair to say that Trump provides plenty of opportunities for the press to go negative.  Actually, that is part of his genius of dominating every news cycle.  The unfortunate part of that equation is that his extensive resume of positive accomplishments for America go largely unreported.  It would be interesting to see what this President could do if the Congress, the media and even much of his own party were focused on something other than his destruction.
