The Federal Government needs to be jerked up short. States should stand up and be counted, and assert their rights to state “sovereignty”, under the Tenth Amendment.
The overreach of the Federal Government has grown significantly over many decades through Congressional action and government agency rules and regulations.
We have now reached a critical point in history. A breaking point.
As President, Joe Biden signed 40 Executive Orders in his first three weeks in office. If there is any hope of preserving America as we know it, something has to be done.
Governors should create a united front of resistance and take back the powers granted to them under the Tenth Amendment. A coalition of States… The States United of America… supported by their Legislative bodies should resist, challenge and refuse to follow the dictates of this Federal Government gone mad. Congressional delegations that are complicit in the problem should be recalled, impeached or voted out of office.
We will either stand, or America will fall.
