In case you missed it, you didn’t miss anything but a 30-second “report” by Obama on how “his” surge was successful in Afghanistan. Nothing tangible or demonstrable, no national defense strategy, just a self-serving declaration of victory.
The rest was a rehash of his 2008 stump speeches……recall 9/11 unity, blame Bush for the economic disaster we are facing on his watch, favorably review the “progress” he has made and minimize threats to America around the world.
Just a two-bit campaign whistle-stop stump speech in prime time to ruin my dinner.
