Not a great case to champion. Annette Bosworth (AKA Annette Haber) and her husband Chad Haber (AKA Chad Bosworth) have a bad track record of fraud in Utah as well as several notorious raffle scams here in SD. There is more than a passing indication that she was a willing assistant to help Rounds flood the GOP primary to confuse the voters. She is reputed to have flipped on her party support, Obamacare, pro-life, etc.n in order to play the part. She was recruited to run by Dan Lederman and Joel Arends who also recruited Ravnsborg. Both Arends and Lederman are well known Rounds lackeys.
Lastly, Annette knowingly swore to things she knew could not be true. She violated the law. Granted, Jackely and Co. are selectively using the law to prosecute her as they have done others; but, she is not innocent nor free from fault. On the contrary.
This is akin to the Democrats defending Clinton’s scandalous misconduct with Monica Lewinsky.
There is actual corruption here in SD, defending Annette’s indefensible misconduct detracts from appropriate condemnation of the establishment’s misdeeds.
