Most people don’t really know much about Islam.
A few excerpts from the Bible and the Koran on a variety of topics will help give you some perspective on the difference between Christianity and Islam.
Is Jesus the Son of God?
Bible Thou art my son. This day have I begotten you.”

Is Islam really a religion of peace?

◾Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them(2:191)
◾Make war on the infidels living in your neighboorhood (9:123)
◾When opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you catch them (9:5)
◾Kill the Jews and the Christians if they do not convert to Islam or refuse to pay Jizya tax (9:29)
◾Maim and crucify the infidels if they criticise Islam. (5:33)
◾Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water; melt their skin and bellies
(22:19)
◾Do not hanker for peace with the infidels; behead them when you catch them (47:4)
◾Terrorise and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an (8:12)
◾Muslims must muster all weapons to terrorise the infidels (8:60)

The Bible clearly teaches a doctrine of love of fellow man. Jesus explained it this way, “YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH. The second is this, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
I choose to follow the doctrine of my Savior, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God.
