Her license to practice medicine has been revoked.
The medical board has determined that it is not “safe” to allow Dr. Annette Bosworth to practice medicine in South Dakota. According to the board, she is “a danger to the public”.
It is nearly unbelievable.
Her “crime”? signing political petitions which contained 37 signatures she did not personally witness. For this she has been convicted of multiple felonies and now lost her medical license.
Others (many) guilty of the same “crime” are not prosecuted, even though formal complaints have been filed.
This horrific injustice perpetrated by the political, judicial and medical establishment is grievous beyond words.
While some celebrate the successful destruction of Bosworth, I am deeply saddened. Justice has not prevailed. Political retribution and corruption scores another win.
My prayer and belief is that this will still end well for Dr. Bosworth. That requires significant faith in God, at this point in time.
I am proud to call her my friend.

What a cruel showing of character from the medical board. To live their lives and sit in judgement of another human being with such fear. So much fear within themselves they couldn’t make a decision with their own minds. So much fear they couldn’t look at Dr. Bosworth. Dr. Bosworth certainly represented herself far better than the state attorneys have represented South Dakota. Again fear!! Who feared the Bosworth supporters so much that at every hearing you send your DCI boys? To each of you who prosecuted Dr. Bosworth take a minute and look inside yourself. You are the guilty ones and I believe you know it. Your day of judgement will come.
I wish you could have been there. The State’s attorney dripped with arrogance…and did poorly. His only mantra was “She lied, she is not sorry…she will lie again. It would have been comical had it not held such a grave consequence. One almost got the impression he was ill-prepared or didn’t care…his antics were theatrical and like an actor, everyone knew he was reading a script. Annette was thorough, painfully honest, and obviously a victim. So it made no sense when they went into executive session (is that open government?)and then came out and found her unworthy of a medical license. Shame was written on each board members face. None could even look up…every one of their eyes were cast down. Dr Carlson read the “script” with no audience eye contact. Shame and guilt hung on every board member there. They knew they were being patsies for a higher power. Sanford wanted her down because she refused to bend and twist for ObamaCare…Satan Sanford’s baby. My confidence in this is that there is a GOD and Ive asked Him for a front row seat when every one of those bastards stands naked before the true Judge someday
The Lord asks us to pray for our enemies so if you find these folk to be so maybe you should pray for them and not wish evil and ill will toward them. What happened may be wrong, I don’t know I wasn’t there, but it doesn’t matter, God still loves them and we too are called to love one another. Pray for their hearts to change if they are in the wrong spot and much good may come from it. Nothing good can come from your hateful attitude.
