Is CPB Brazenly Coming Out of Its Gay, Racist Closet?
Force has been the Corporation for Public Broadcasting’s legacy ever since Lyndon B. Johnson created it during the 1960s as part of the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967, including his so-called “Great Society” social engineering initiatives.
First, taxpayers are forced to fork over much-needed dollars to the federal government, with little say-so about the anti-conservative, far-left mindset shared by liberal Democrats and Republicans in DC. The latest assault on traditional values has been highlighted in the AP article “Corporation for Public Broadcasting grant to seed NPR reporting on race, ethnicity, culture” where it was revealed that the CPB sees no reason to hide its overt racism and support of gay sex:
“The national radio program producer and digital news provider was accepting the two-year grant Thursday at UNITY 2012 Convention in Las Vegas, where hundreds of minority and gay and lesbian journalists gathered for the quadrennial convention assembled by UNITY Journalists Inc.”
With both government and private “public” broadcasting now unabashedly liberal, no one really remains to challenge the lack of balance that Wikipedia says was part of the 1967 public broadcasting act, which required “that the CPB operate with a ‘strict adherence to objectivity and balance in all programs or series of programs of a controversial nature.’ It also requires that the CPB regularly review national programming for objectivity and balance, as well as report on ‘its efforts to address concerns about objectivity and balance.'”
Big Government has partnered with Big Business to enforce racist and gay agendas that no one has voted on, while eliminating traditional values and Christianity from the public sphere. NPR’s CEO Gary Knell says that his “team approach on race, ethnicity and culture would help ‘turbocharge’ coverage with deeper stories that can make a difference. The grant allows NPR to invest in people who will come to work with race and ethnicity coverage as their first order of business every day.”
Knell comes directly from CPB’s Sesame Street programming where Jesse Jackson-style “Rainbow Coalition” racial engineering has long been deliberate and force fed to hapless children (and parents who welcome the free babysitting).
Who doubts that muppets will soon be advocating and indoctrinating Americans into the “normalcy” of gay sex? Whose email boxes aren’t full each day of unnatural photos of cats cuddled with mice and birds, and dogs with kittens? Getting us ready for what next?
Conservatives who support colorblindness as their standard rightly object to having racial programming forced upon them under various guises. Same would be the case for all Americans who sympathetically support paraplegics, for example. But how many want to have themselves and children immersed by a minute-by-minute diet of forced wheelchair-walker programming that would surely have the opposite effect? Even liberals wouldn’t stand for it. Who is to say that the left isn’t in charge of racism today? Neither FDR or Charles Krauthammer ever felt the need to get in your face with their disabilities. Consequently, we see both of them for what they really are, full-fledged human beings.
