State Representative Lora Hubbel is a student of Obama Care, and it’s tentacles in South Dakota.

 Government run health care is not new to our state.  It began with a common effort between Senator Tom Daschle, Governor Bill Janklow, Governor Mike Rounds, and then Lt. Governor Dennis Daugaard who seems to be the annointed one who will ensnare South Dakota taxpayers with this nightmare.
