What IsThe Evidence Of Revival?
A message of hope, inspiration and challenge.
America’s only hope for restoration is for men, women and children to turn their hearts toward God. This Sunday message is one that is good for every day of the week.

Its when God manifests Himself in revival holiness comes to the lives of believers. The church is purified as God’s people publicly confess their sins and get right with God and with one another.
Revival changes our priorities and the way we use our time, and it also transforms our PASSIONS.
In seasons of revival God’s people find that they have a new passion, hunger and desire for the Word of God. The Bible takes on new meaning and power for the believer, and I’ve heard it said of more than one revival that it didn’t matter who was preaching or what the text people responded to the preaching of the Word.
There’s also a new passion for worship & prayer in revival. Prayer and worship cease to be perfunctory religious exercises and become powerful times of communion with the Almighty.
In times of revival the presence of God is pervasive…expanding far and wide, and touching the lives of persons who had never even set foot in a church building. In the resulting spiritual awakening even whole communities are transformed and the course of nations is changed.
But perhaps the greatest authenticator of true revival is that Jesus Christ is at the center of attention. Unfortunately when God begins to show His hand in miraculous ways we all too often start paying more attention to the doINGS than to the Do-ER. As Richard Owen Roberts says “in a true revival it is all eyes on Christ. All the Devil has to do to destroy true revival”–he says–“is to get the eyes off Christ and onto something which in itself may be legitimate, but is of minor consequence.”
Thus my prayer is that when God does send revival, that we will not be distracted by it’s benefits, but will keep our eyes fixed firmly on Christ the author and perfector of our faith.
