Mr. Howie, you are right. The only reason Daugaard is not going to expand medicare right now is because he is running against Lora Hubbel in the primary. She has him on the most important issues…common core, health care and corruption/capital cronyism. I respect the Republicans for calling out their elected officials. Wish the Democrats had guts like the Conservative Republicans. Thanks for educating the public and asking the tough questions.
