Obama’s deal with Iran all but assures that result.

Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not next week, but you can count the hours.  They have no other choice.

Israel has repeatedly said they will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons.  They aren’t kidding.  Intelligence Minister Yuval Steinitz said yesterday, “If we have no choice, we have no choice… the military option is on the table.”  Again, they are not kidding.  And they do, indeed, have no choice.  Iran with a nuclear weapon would do exactly what it has promised… wipe Israel off the map.

The Israeli resolve should be clear to anyone watching.  They took action against Iraq under similar conditions.  The threat from Iran is even more profound.  If the Republicans are not willing or successful in stopping this deal with Iran, Israel is very capable of doing it.  Only it won’t be pretty.

The talking heads on network television are saying we should not rush to judgment on this deal.  Political leaders in America are suggesting we give Obama the “benefit of the doubt” until we see all the details.  It may be time, instead, to LISTEN to Netanyahu when he says this deal doesn’t STOP Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, it PAVES the way.  It might be good to believe him when he says Israel will take action if the rest of the world will not.

Any deal that is not good for Israel is not good for the rest of the world.
