Hillary haters should not be too quick to dismiss her.

According to an MSNBC report, Clinton generated TWICE as much Facebook activity with her announcement as any Republican… more than all of them combined.

Thus far, the closest Republican is Senator Ted Cruz, with about half as much Facebook punch as Clinton.

Those who wish to predict the easy demise of Clinton because of her obvious baggage and poor polling data, even among Democrats, might want to consider some of her assets:

• Consider her ability to raise money… BIG MONEY. Like the Billions of foreign dollars raised by the Clinton foundation

• No apparent competition from other Democrats

• The inability of anyone, anywhere, anytime to make a genuine Clinton scandal “stick”

At the end of the day, Democrats have a history of closing ranks and supporting their own, even when their own is obviously and significantly flawed.  If Republicans have the integrity and nerve to nominate a conservative, you can bet the farm that Democrats will prefer Clinton by wide margins.  That in and of itself presents a puzzle.  Nominating a Conservative, which might seem challenging, is the only real hope for republicans to beat Clinton.  Energizing the “Reagan majority” takes a Conservative with the goods to attract that part of the electorate.  If Republicans make the mistake of nominating another moderate, a big block of voters will just stay home (again) and usher in another chapter of the Clinton dynasty.  She isn’t out of this race yet.  Let us not forget how “beatable” Barack Obama was for a second term.  Democrats rallied and Republicans blew it.  Republicans shouldn’t take anything for granted.

Hillary doesn’t plan to lose.
