Well, that’s just what we hoped for… NOT!
The bill would EXTEND ObamaCare subsidies into late 2017. That is NOT in keeping with Republican election promises to repeal ObamaCare.
Republican Senator Ron Johnson, the author of the bill, recently explained that Democrats would promote stories about people who had lost coverage or subsidies, if Republicans did not act to extend them. He suggested that would be bad for Republicans in the 2016 political season.
There you have it!
Republican leaders, working hard to ensure their re-election.
To be fair, the bill in it’s current form contains provisions to repeal Obamacare’s individual mandate and employer mandate, and remove federal rules requiring that insurance plans cover a minimum package of “essential health benefits. But, continuing to be fair… Republicans know those are not acceptable to Democrats, and expect to strip them from the bill before passage. That would leave the bill simply extending ObamaCare, thus providing an election year insurance policy for Republicans.
Senators John Thune and Mitch McConnell… working hard for America (sarcasm).
Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are NOT sponsoring this bill.

Just as his looks have gone from handsome to hedious….so has his voting record. What’s on the inside eventually festers out.
And he will get elected again because he is good with buzz words….family values, pro-life, conservative……well it works because people are easily influenced.
