The obvious targeting of Annette Bosworth continues to draw national attention.

More Concern Over Bosworth Injustice
Gordon. For sure many who contend against legitimate and horrific injustices gristle with any suggestion from you that Boz is a victim of injustice. She is getting off easy. Marty Jackley has been like a turtle to respond to those of us who’ve tried to shut the Haber/Boz scams down.
At least give equal time in your crusade for justice to investigate and report on the lives ruined by the greed of the Haber/Boz team in Utah and elsewhere, including here. Talk to the people they still owe tens of thousands of dollars to about who they really are. You’ll get an earful from them. It should give you pause, as a Christian, to be slow to speak about them as any sort of victims. Why do you turn a blind eye and deaf ear to the real victims of their greedy scams?
Steve, If you have factual information you are welcome to submit it here. All I have been saying from the beginning of this petition debacle is that on the face of the charges Bosworth is facing, the Attorney General, in my opinion, is grossly over-prosecuting. To suggest she is “getting off easy” or “getting what she deserves” does not address this case on its own merit, which is precisely what should be done. If there are other legitimate charges, there should be separate action on those charges. I would suspect that if the allegations about other “scandals” had any substance, there would, indeed, be criminal or civil charges. Absent that, they don’t carry much water.
To the point, the petition violations do not warrant 12 felony charges.
I am sharing, she has been torn over the coals of the SD people that are suppose to stand for justice, whoa and behold they are deep in the weeds of muck that has sucked them dry of feelings and common sense. They are at the gates of hell and don’t even realize it. The time to own up to wrong doing in front of our savior is now, and follow the way of truth and responsibility before ruining a perfectly honest and worthy human. How can they sleep, eat or live? Oh that is right one of them did commit suicide..guess when the tuff get going they turn chicken.
