God would like to hear from you.

He has something to say to you too.

Prayer doesn’t have to be in a locked room, on your knees in the dark.  Prayer is communicating with God.  Just talk to him!  Jesus died so you could have access to God.  All of that was God’s idea… because He wants to have a relationship with you. There are so many things that keep us away from God.  Too busy, too tired or too distracted.  Sometimes our sin keeps us away from Him too.  It doesn’t have to.  We can simply tell Him we are sorry and want to do better.  He welcomes us with open arms.

The amazing thing is that when we pray, God hears.  When He hears us, He is faithful to act on our behalf.

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 1John 5:14-15

That entire chapter (1John 5) is an inspirational launching pad for prayer.  It’s never too late to pray.

Talk to Him.
