After the anger subsided…

I realized that this attack and intended insult toward God actually had an element of truth in it.

God ISN”T fixing this.

But it isn’t because He wouldn’t.  It isn’t because He couldn’t.  It isn’t because He doesn’t want to.

It is because we won’t ALLOW Him to fix it.

For decades, America has turned her back on God.  We have taken prayer out of schools.  We disallow the mention of Jesus in public meetings.  We have removed nativity scenes and displays of the Ten Commandments.  We have embraced the abomination of homosexuality and dare to call homosexual lifestyles marriage.  We kill thousands of unborn children every day.  We have become lovers of self more than lovers of God.

And we wonder why God isn’t “fixing” this problem??

God has given us all the tools we need to “fix” this problem.  They are contained within the pages of the Bible.  He has promised to help us if our hearts and lives reflect His principles.  The Scripture tells us God can not look at sin.  It makes me wonder if He has had to turn His face away from America.

I think so.
