Janette McIntyre doesn’t like boys in girls bathrooms.

THE BATHROOM BILL

Bathroom bills are in the news! Companies are threatening not to visit or do business in states that pass such laws.

Here in South Dakota we have our own version. HB1008, sponsors included District 34 Representative Jeff Partridge.

The bill passed the House of Representatives. Governor Daugaard vetoed the bill.

The House of Representatives had the power to override the veto. Representative Partridge’s vote was not consistent with his sponsorship of the bill or his House vote. He either changed his mind or caved into pressure from the Governor. HE UPHELD THE GOVERNOR’S VETO.  This ALLOWS boys in girl’s bathrooms and shower facilities.

I would have supported this bill from the beginning and throughout the entire process. It was the right thing to do to protect your children from elementary school to high school.

The choice voters have in the District 34 Senate race is an important one.

Do you want someone who stands up for what they believe or caves in to pressure and their position depends on who is telling them what to do?

I will not cave into pressure and will be consistent in my votes. The voters deserve nothing less.

Your support of common sense conservative positions is needed in this election. I need your help and I appreciate your vote.
