Everyone has a need.

Some of us are desperate for God to move in a life situation.  Some of us have children and other family members we are praying for.  Some of us need physical healing.  The list is long.

Last night at our church, people gathered to pray.  Several of us joined together to pray over the needs of our church family, which had been written and placed in a basket.  This picture was taken while we prayed.  As I look at it, I am reminded that we are exhorted to bear one another’s burdens.

Before we concluded the service, we prayed for everyone (individually) in the service.  It was a beautiful and powerful thing.

If people across America would put their needs “in a basket” and pray for each other, our nation would be transformed.  We would see a significant change.  Instead of killing and hatred, we would see a resurgence of love and kindness.

God would, indeed, heal our land.
