Morgan Freeman is credited for saying, “all that it takes to make men stop thinking are the words – “scientist have discovered.”
While Freeman is correct, that day is long past. Now scientist can make
great swelling statements about almost anything that is accepted without
question. Having long since left behind the true definition of science
they have entered a kind of authoritarianism that no one would dare doubt.
They no longer need to discover anything; they can make declarations
without research, substance, and in some cases with no empirical means to
prove anything.
Heretofore, empiricism was defined only by repeatable observable and
controlled phenomena and subsequent gathering of data. Today you can say
anything, if you are lettered, by a reasonably respected university and
have published.
While examples are plenteous some at the top of the list beg to be
scrutinized.
When DNA meets LGBT All Bets Are Off
Today there is an impressive list of things DNA can prove beyond the
shadow of a doubt unless it is the shadow of a social organization like
the LGBT.
The list grows each day – here are some of the latest and best that DNA
has provided to mankind.
Proof of a criminal act, such as murder or rape.
Proof of relationships and parenthood.
Proof of ancestry by country or region of origin.
Proof of a susceptibility to certain diseases.
Proof of how fast or slow someone is aging.
Proof of sexual identity.
It is not the DNA that lies in this case, but those who think they can
change the meaning of their DNA by simply changing their minds.
Going a step beyond, it is now believed that by thinking you can become a
part of an all new race. I’m pretty sure that no matter how much I may
want to think I am Oriental, I will always be an Anglo-Saxon.
Here are the simple scientific facts.
We can take hormones, get surgery, get expert makeup and clothing changes
done and adapt an entire new way of acting, but our DNA will not lie for
us. If we were born as a male we will always be a male. The same holds
true for the female.
Perhaps it’s time that real scientists sat down with the LGBT and
explained the facts, before they completely wreck a generation of the
unsuspecting.
The Evolution of Something that is Simply Not Possible
Watching the burgeoning complexity of the evolutionary model expand is an
evolution in itself.
Regardless of where it takes us it has never sufficiently answered the
most fundamental question of all time. The question is where are the
missing or transitional links? The remains of men alone should be in the
millions if not billions, but they simply do not exist. The specimens that
are used as proof of man’s evolution number a small handful. Most of them
have turned out to be animals or complete frauds.
Pushing this theory down the road is the literal fulfillment of the adage
that it is useless to kick a dead horse.
The discipline is fake from the start, the Scopes trial and the time
elapsed since it took place have silenced the hype. It is odd indeed that
evolution needs time to establish the various changes in species. The
scientists in that discipline may add time in billions of years, but that
is not really the problem. It is the time that has passed since Charles
Darwin introduced his brain child until today that leaves the entire
theory gasping for breath.
Faulty dating methods and implausible leaps of untested hypothesis are
approaching critical mass. Yet, none of that really matters. The equation
is easy and the results are in.
No missing links – no evolution.
This is one of science’s big lies and this generation is one of its
biggest dupes.
Academia produces a fresh crop of “priests for science” each year as
disciplines split and become departments. Like all religions, it has a
moral teaching which in the evolutionary model turns out to be
systematized amorality. It has behavioral expectations which do not allow
for any questioning and all efforts must be aimed at proving the petted
premises – never casting doubt. It has its own language and key words
which serve to identify its proselytes.
Although it is largely unspoken the sign at the door of the church of
evolution says – “no thinking allowed.”
Origins and Destinations – The Granddaddy of all Science Lies
Scientists are insulted by the idea that an all-powerful sovereign entity
known as God could possibly kicked off everything in the physical
universe. They have substituted the make believe explosion called the “big
bang.”
While no one was there to witness the event and no one can explain where
the gases and particles came from or who created them for the big bang, it
serves the secular mind to effectively put the whole notion to bed.
God speaking to men through his Holy Spirit has declared throughout
thousands of scripture passages that he is the maker and creator of every
last molecule in the universe. But what would God know?
Setting aside the question of origins brings us to the far more complex
question of destinations. It is here that science can help – or can it. In
fact, science lies once again at least among the faux science abusers.
Freshmen in physics already know that it is the combination of time and
light that seal men off from space travel. The time it would take to reach
the nearest planets in our galaxy is prohibitive. We have no way to
approach the speed of light and even if we did that would fix nothing. The
best we have been able to do is come up with worm holes, slip streams and
highly doubtful quantum theories about future space explorations. These
are the products of our imaginations – they are not science.
The Bible clearly declares that man is given dominion over only one
planet. It also clearly states that the God who gave us charge of this
planet will once again intervene in its affairs, long before we can get to
another compatible planet or destroy this one under our feet.
Destinations are much simpler than we all think, but they are set by the
God of creation not the god of our imaginations, to wit:
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the
judgment.” Hebrews 9: 27
When the Pathetic Meets the Prophetic to Create the – ‘Broken Generation’
No one had a clearer view of prophetic events than Jesus Christ. In fact,
all prophecy hinged on Christ’s first appearance, the events that would
follow and what happens when he returns to earth as King of Kings and Lord
of Lords.
Because of this every word Jesus spoke about the future of our
civilization is to be considered prophetic gold.
One of the most curious prophetic utterances he ever made comes from the
gospel of Matthew.
“And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever
it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.” (Mt 21: 44)
In the plainest sense it simply states that if you stumble over the
meaning of Christ’s life and redemption you will be broken, but if you
allow his judgement to fall on you without repentance, you will be brought
to dust in the final day.
The old time preachers used to say that you can try to break the word of
God, but you can only break yourself against it! This is the other
interpretation of Mt 21: 44 and it is a winner.
We like to name the age, the era or the generation from which we spring.
Gen-X, Baby Boomers, Millennials, are attempts to identify the place and
time slot of each successive generation.
Little known to most, is the fact that prophecy describes a generation
that lives without faith, gives up on humility, tries to think its way to
utopia and ends up as the most loveless, cold and confused generation in
world history.
We are well underway in this generation, and it is no doubt, the dreaded –
broken generation.
Call it a healing, a fix or serious reparation; this is the generation
that needs the deep restoring power of the Savior – no more and no less.
We that love God spend our lives seeking ways to break down the loving
gospel of our Lord to its most basic components. Here it is in all of its
saving power.
This is us – “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one
to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
(Isa 53: 6)
This is Christ – “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.” (Mt 11: 28)
Best interpretation – Come Home – before you are broken beyond repair! (Pr29:1)
