Who are these people of power and authority?

Bishop Lorenzo Kelly spoke about them in a sermon several years before his death.  I listened to it early this morning.  You will enjoy it too.

Bishop Lorenzo Kelly was my Pastor and my very dear friend.  He lived and spoke with this authority and power.

So can you, if you are a believing child of God.
