That about sums up the Congressional hearing yesterday.
Leftist Democrats were in lock step as they grilled acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker. They came in predetermined unity, demanding “yes or no” answers to questions that obviously required clarification and explanation. Whitaker was routinely interrupted, scolded and demeaned during his appearance before the committee… which, by the way, was VOLUNTARY, despite the theatrics of the Leftist Democrats who attempted to give the appearance that he would have to appear under subpoena.
I watched as much of the hearing as I could stand. At best, it was a carnival of Leftists attempting to disparage an honorable man in their desperation to attack President Trump. There was little, if any legitimate substance to their rapid-fire questions.
This charade did accomplish one thing. It once again revealed to reasonable minded Americans just how out of touch and off base these Leftists are. Their top-most goal is to gain/retain political power and destroy the President. All of this to advance their extreme Leftist goal of transforming America into a socialist, globalist, anti-moral society. But for President Donald Trump, they may very well have already accomplished that objective. If they are unable to destroy him, their Leftist agenda is in grave danger of being destroyed, or at least suffering a serious set back.
Don’t expect these Leftists to temper their tone or their efforts. For them, this is a life or death struggle. The more serious thing is that it is also a life or death struggle for America.
If the Leftists win, America loses.
