After the attack on 9-11

Our ranch is located within a few miles of our Regional Airport.  Air traffic goes nearly unnoticed on a day to day basis, but the absence of airplanes presented an eerie calm.  The grounding of all air traffic in America for security measures left the skies empty.  It was a calm that left a lasting impression.

Since that horrible day, America has regained her composure and many have been brought to justice.  The memories and the stark reality that there are forces of wickedness plotting to kill Americans is well remembered.

Still, there are those who believe we can “negotiate” with these demonic people.  Even though their own “holy book” calls for the killing of ‘infidels’ (anyone who insults or refuses to convert to Islam), Leftists insist this is a religion of peace.  One might wonder what it would take for them to embrace reality.  These people want to kill us.

This day, as we remember the fallen and the heroes of 9-11, we are prayerful.
