Box Elder gets a new “City within a city’
Several thousand new homes are planned for this 1,400 acre community, located within the city limits of Box Elder. The master plan for this community includes space for a variety of commercial enterprises, apartment complexes, motels, food service and retail businesses. The developers also hope to attract community service organizations such as schools, medical facilities and a fire station. The goal is to create a self-contained community where most necessities are a short walk or a bicycle ride away.
High visibility commercial sites with I-90 frontage and access from a planned new interstate 90 exit will be among the diverse offerings provided by this development group. The main entrance is planned at West Gate and Highway 14/16, which will provide easy access to the new I-90 exit.
Alpha Land Company, LLC is the company launching this community development. Alpha Land Company, LLC is a family owned company. The partners in Alpha Land Company, LLC are Gary Howie, Gordon Howie, Kelly Howie and Shadrach Howie.
The Dozers, Scrapers and other heavy machinery will be on site, grading the first phase of this new community. The public is welcome to attend.
