The bad news continues for Obamacare.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 57% of likely voters favor repeal of the law. Thirty-six percent (36%) oppose repeal.
Eighty-seven percent (87%) of Republicans and 56% of voters not affiliated with either major party favor repeal. Fifty percent (50%) of all voters believe the health care law will be bad for the country.
Most voters still believe free market competition rather than more government regulation is the better way to reduce the cost of health care in America.
Each day seems to cast more doubt on the actual implementation of the full package of Obamacare. Court challenges to the Constitutionality of the law are still pending, the repeal vote by the tea-party influenced House and the constant slippage of popular support for Obamacare make this law’s future uncertain at best.
