Hatred, racism and division…
We can’t deny they exist.
We MUST find our way.
I am very thankful that I have a very different environment. It’s a place of love, peace and unity. It’s my church. My church is a gathering of people from MANY races and cultural backgrounds. We celebrate our love for one another under the banner of our Savior, Jesus Christ. There is a genuine love that permeates the atmosphere. We are enriched by our differences rather than divided by them.
Race and color does not define us. Our commonality defines us. The unshakable bond of love brings us together and keeps us together. This love transcends the walls of the “building” our church gathers in. Each member carries it into the community and their individual workplace.
The problem… and the solution… are easily identifiable.
The problem has it’s roots in the enemy of our souls, the devil. His mission is simple: to steal, kill and destroy. The solution is found in the person of Jesus Christ, who came that we may have life, and have it more abundantly.
America, come home to your roots. Come home to the love of God in the person of Jesus Christ!
