The argument used for mandatory masking and lock downs is “to protect others”. If Leftists fear mongers are successful in mandating the wearing of masks and controlling where we go, it’s only a matter of time…
The science of mask wearing is far from settled. What is settled in some communities is the power grab of government which allows them to assert control over the personal choices of freedom minded patriots. Speaking of Patriots, some are suggesting the you are not patriotic if you object to wearing a mask.
For those of us who object to mask mandates and lock-downs, it is a freedom issue. The government should not have that kind of control.
Freedom isn’t lost in one big sweep. There is a gradual chipping away. It’s quite a bit like boiling a frog. It isn’t just about masks, or lock downs. It’s about 2nd Amendment rights, free speech and the like.
Mask mandates are a masked power grab by Leftists who want to control what we say, do… and think.
