President Joe Biden and Warren Buffett
Many people believe killing the Keystone Pipeline was a “Green” policy move. Don’t believe it. I wrote a short disclosure in the Article titled “Closer Look at Biden Green Policy”
Today, my brother, Gary Howie had this to say,
“Payback? Shutting down the Keystone XL Pipeline by executive order appears to effectively stop further progress on that project. It will make very little difference in the global warming picture other than that oil will continue to be transported in the most dangerous possible and most environmentally unfriendly way by tanker and by railroad. Who benefits? The following article presents a hint. A quick search would reveal to which political party the potential benefits accrue. The Man Behind the Exploding Trains – Sightline Institute is the benefactor of the primary investor involved. “

No matter how you slice it, the Executive action to kill the Keystone Pipeline makes no practical (or “Green”) sense.
