Most Americans believe government spending should decline.

Unfortunately, that’s a message most political leaders do not yet comprehend.

Under Republican leadership, South Dakota spending continues to increase.  I met on camera recently with State Representative Lance Russell to discuss some of the elements of the state budget.

Representative Russell was one of only two Republicans to vote AGAINST the budget this year.  Listen to this video to hear some of the reasons why.
